The following table defines the CQM Subscopes for the CQM Scope IC.

| pIACIL | proximity IACIL | IAC Inlay with an antenna and an IC, but no 7816-2 contacts |
| icIACIL | ic IACIL | iacIL with at least one unpackaged IC |
| ledIACIL | led IACIL | iacIL with RFID indicating LED |
| mIACIL | module IACIL | iacIL with at least one IC packaged into an ICM |
| cIACIL | chip IACIL | iacIL with at least one IC (packaged or unpackaged) |
