CQM recommends that no changes to the audited product and processes are made during the audit.

Anyhow, if the Vendor chooses to make changes to the audited products and processes during the audit, then the following rules shall apply:

• The Auditor shall not change the Type of the Audit Finding, nor the audit result.
• The Auditor shall not reduce the time for auditing conformity with items required to be audited by the cqmAP to assess the changes made during the audit.
• The CQM Auditor shall include the original Audit Finding into the List of Findings in the Corrective Action Plan as if no changes to the products and procedures had been made.
• If the CQM Auditor has enough time after creating the the List of Findings in the Corrective Action Plan, the auditor may, upon their sole discretion, decide to review the changes and mark the related corrective action as "Completed" in the Corrective Action Plan.
